Tuition
Tuition information is found via a button at the top of each class page for that grade level as well as the blue button above for a full schedule and tuition catalog. Tuition varies by grade level and other factors such as number of classes per week.
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar). We accept payment from countries outside of the United States so please contact us about your country’s exchange rate if you have questions.
We are vendors with tuition assistance programs in the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, and West Virginia. Please let us know if your state has a similar program and we will be glad to partner with them to provide our classes to your children for FREE!
We offer need-based scholarships each year. Applications open March 15 each year and are available for 2 weeks. Scholarships are limited so be sure to apply during the application window.
Is your child entering Lotus & Ivy mid-year?
Entering mid- year can be confusing so we have created the following guide to help you understand how many payments are owed (for the remainder of the program year) at entry points throughout the year. If your child enters between these points, with special permission from administration and the class teacher, we will gladly prorate the tuition for you.
If your child enters:
September 29, 2025: 9 payments are owed.
October 27, 8, 2025: payments are owed.
December 1, 2025: 7 payments are owed.
January 5, 2026: 6 payments are owed.
January 26, 2026: 5 payments are owed.
February 23, 2026: 4 payments are owed.
March 23, 2026: 3 payments are owed.
Typically, students enter prior to March 24; however, if you are interested in joining after this date, please let us know.
For questions about tuition, please email us at lotusandivyvirtualclasses@gmail.com or call or text us at (321) 866-6860.
Application Fee
Application Fees are charged once per program year. Receipt of this fee allows us to hold a position for your child in the class(es). If a class is full and your child is added to the waitlist, this fee holds your child’s spot on the waitlist. When you fill out the application, the fee will automatically be calculated for you.
The $61.80 fee applies to students taking up to 2 hours of classes per week. (If a student adds to their schedule during the year, they will be upgraded to the second fee if the hours exceed 2 per week.)
The $211.15 for students taking more than 2 hours of classes per week.
The following fees only apply to families using state funds. As there is an increased amount of invoicing and administrative work involved with these programs, we have added a small processing fee to the application fee.
The $77.25 fee applies to students taking up to 2 hours of classes per week and are a part of a state program. (If a student adds to their schedule during the year, they will be upgraded to the second fee if the hours exceed 2 per week.)
The $262.65 for students taking more than 2 hours of classes per week and are a part of a state program.
Our class sizes are small; therefore, we cannot hold a position unless we see earnest interest from you about enrolling. By paying the Application Fee up front, this allows us to hold a position in the class for your child until July 1, when the first tuition payment is due.
Starting March 1, to complete the registration process, including payment of the Application Fee, kindly go to the Application for Enrollment, where you will enter general information, select classes, read and sign terms and conditions, and submit payment. The registration process is complete once payment is processed and your child’s seats will be saved. It is necessary to pay separately for each child during initial enrollment.
Application Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are enrolling mid-year, you still must pay the full registration fee. Please note that we are unable to hold your child's spot for our classes until the correct Application Fee has been paid. Thank you!
