Terms and Conditions *

Prior to submitting your child’s applications, please read and agree to the following terms: TUITION PAYMENTS Tuition may be paid in full each year or in monthly installments. Students may enroll in the September Classes (4 weeks) as a trial period. September tuition is due by July 1. If student wishes to discontinue enrollment, Lotus & Ivy must be made aware, in writing, by September 20 and no further obligation is required. September tuition is non-refundable. Registration fee is refundable at 50%. After trial period, financial commitment is expected for the duration of the semester. Semester 1: October through January Semester 2: February - May We use your payment commitment to guarantee our teachers' salaries. Your submission of this form is acceptance of your financial commitment. Tuition Due Dates Registration fee is due upon submitting your applications. Fall Semester (5 months) 2021 Tuition is due by July 1, 2021 for September 2021. Tuition is due by September 1, 2021 for October 2021. Tuition is due by October 1, 2021 for November 2021. Tuition is due by November 1, 2021 for December 2021. Tuition is due by December 1, 2021 for January 2022. Spring Semester (4 months) Tuition is due by January 1, 2022 for February 2022. Tuition is due by February 1, 2022 for March 2022. Tuition is due by March 1, 2022 for April 2022. Tuition is due by April 1, 2022 for May 2022. We ask for your help in paying your tuition promptly as it is embarrassing and uncomfortable for us to have to track down payments. Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee per student per day until the balance is paid. Tuition may be paid via PayPal through our website or using the link on the invoice that is sent to your email. Payment must be made before the registration process is complete. APPLICATION FEE The once-per-program-year application fee for all students is $199 per student. Receipt of this fee allows us to hold a position for your child in the class.* Our class sizes are small; therefore, we cannot hold a position unless we see earnest interest from you about enrolling. By paying the application fee up-front, this allows us to hold a position in the class for your child. Upon receipt of your application and payment, our staff will contact you regarding acceptance within 5 days. Application Fees are non-refundable. If you are enrolling mid-year, you still must pay the full registration fee. Please note that we are unable to hold your child's spot for our classes until the registration fee has been paid. Thank you. Non-Discrimination Policy Lotus & Ivy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin, sexual orientation and gender in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. Hate-Speech and Bullying Policy Lotus & Ivy has a zero-tolerance policy for hate-speech and bullying. If a student is guilty of such behavior as determined by the Director, teachers, or staff, the student will not be allowed to attend class with Lotus & Ivy effective immediately.

Release of Liability * I hereby agree to be responsible for the conduct and actions of my child and to release Lotus & Ivy from any claims and demands that may occur during participation in Lotus & Ivy classes each week while online or participating in any form in Lotus & Ivy classes. Furthermore, I agree to release Lotus & Ivy and its employees, owners, and teachers and will hold them harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents or accidents involving my child and myself while attending Lotus & Ivy classes or activities, to the extent allowed by law.

Lotus & Ivy partners with CA Homeschool Charter Schools to make Waldorf-inspired education available to as many children as possible. Currently, we are a Vendor for Innovative Education Management and it's client schools- South Sutter, Ocean Grove, and Sky Mountain. We are working with other schools and hope to become a Vendor with them soon.
